Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Hygromycin)

The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The controls package the same virus particles as the target expression virus, but they do not express a specific protein under the CMV promoter. _x000D_The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (G418) expresses the gene for aminoglycoside 3' phosphotransferase, which confers resistance to kanamycin, neomycin, and geneticin (G418)._x000D_The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Hygromycin) expresses the gene for hygromycin B phosphotransferase, which confers resistance to Hygromycin._x000D_The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Puromycin) expresses the gene for puromycin N-acetyl-transferase, which confers resistance to puromycin._x000D_ _x000D_
