The Mouse PD-1[Biotinylated]:PD-L1 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is an ELISA designed for screening and profiling molecules that block the binding between PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) and PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) . This kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough recombinant biotin-labeled mouse PD-1 (amino acids 25-167), purified mouse PD-L1 (amino acids 19-238), streptavidin-labeled HRP, and assay buffer for 100 binding reactions.Figure 1: Illustration of the mechanism of Mouse PD-1[Biotinylated] : PD-L1 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit.A 96-well plate is coated with PD-L1 protein. After blocking, the plate is pre-incubated with an inhibitor or neutralizing antibody. After incubation with Biotin-PD-1, the plate is washed and Streptavidin-HRP is added. The ELISA ECL substrate is added, and the resulting signal can be measured using a chemiluminescence microplate reader.
